Ventex was established in 2024, brought together by a select group of individuals — each highly experienced in delivering every aspect of ductwork and ventilation, across multiple industries, and to the highest standards.

The team is the point.

The company is new. The people aren't. Decades of combined experience built across residential, commercial and industrial sectors over careers, not years — that experience is what allowed us to hit the ground running from formation, and to continue to flourish throughout the journey since.

How we approach the work.

We pride ourselves in working closely with our clientele to ensure that requirements are understood, met, and delivered on time and to specification. We aim to build air-tight relationships with the contractors and consultants we work alongside — which has, and always will be, a key component of how we do business.

The paperwork is the proof.

The on-site work matters. So does the paperwork that goes with it. Every project is delivered with a full audit pack and the certification specifiers need to sign off against BS 476, EN 1366 and the DW/144 / DW/172 specifications. Audit-grade documentation is fast becoming a tender requirement — it's how we've worked from day one.

Where we work.

Our Northern office is in Barnsley, South Yorkshire — and we deliver projects across the whole of the UK from there. Residential blocks in central Manchester, commercial fit-outs in Leeds and Newcastle, industrial plants in Doncaster — wherever the project demands.
